If you are searching for OURBIRTHDAY members fact and about information, the seven-member girl group is one of the notable new K-pop acts to emerge in 2026. Managed by INNIT Entertainment, OURBIRTHDAY officially debuted on August 19, 2026, following a carefully staged pre-debut campaign that introduced its members in two units.
The group consists of Kuk Chorok, Shin Hyewon, Cho Hyejin, U, Baby, Achiraya, and Kilala. INNIT Entertainment lists all seven members and their birth dates on its official artist page.
Rather than revealing the entire lineup at once, OURBIRTHDAY introduced three members through “HUNGRY (Side A)” and four more through “HUNGRY (Side B).” This strategy gave fans an opportunity to learn about the members individually before the complete group entered the music industry.
Their debut single Our Birthday contains four tracks and introduces the group’s self-described WHIP-HOP style, which combines hip-hop performance energy with a freer, playful atmosphere.

1. Kuk Chorok
Kuk Chorok was born on July 28, 2005, making her the oldest member of OURBIRTHDAY. She is a South Korean member and was introduced as part of the group’s “HUNGRY (Side B)” pre-debut unit.
Chorok’s background is particularly interesting because she previously trained at PLEDIS Entertainment. Her years in the trainee system gave her experience before she eventually joined INNIT Entertainment.
She officially debuted with OURBIRTHDAY on August 19, 2026. Her Side B activities with Shin Hyewon, U, and Kilala helped establish the second half of the group’s lineup before the full seven-member debut.
2. Shin Hyewon
Shin Hyewon was born on October 5, 2005, in South Korea. She is one of the two oldest members and has previous experience in the Korean survival-show environment.
Before joining OURBIRTHDAY, Hyewon participated in R U Next?, a survival program that attracted considerable attention from K-pop fans. Her survival-show experience gave her exposure to competitive idol training and public performance before her eventual debut.
Hyewon was part of “HUNGRY (Side B)” with Chorok, U, and Kilala and officially debuted as a member of OURBIRTHDAY on August 19, 2026.
3. Cho Hyejin
Cho Hyejin, born October 24, 2007, is the leader and main dancer of OURBIRTHDAY.
Her pre-debut career is one of the strongest individual storylines within the group. Hyejin appeared on Street Dance Girls Fighter 2, where she competed as part of the LACHICA dance crew. She also participated in the audition program The DDANDDARA.
Hyejin studied practical dance at Hanlim and had already developed significant performance experience before becoming an idol. She was also involved in the pre-debut project DDD25 with U.
Her dance background helps explain why she holds the leadership and main-dancer roles in OURBIRTHDAY. INNIT’s official profile confirms her October 24, 2007 birth date, while current profile information documents her previous dance and survival-show activities.
4. U
U, born August 21, 2008, is a Japanese member of OURBIRTHDAY.
Before debuting, U participated in survival programs including Universe Ticket and The DDANDDARA. She was also part of the pre-debut DDD25 project alongside Hyejin.
Her international trainee journey is an important part of her story. U traveled from Japan to Korea for training and developed her career within the Korean entertainment system before eventually joining OURBIRTHDAY.
U was included in “HUNGRY (Side B)” and officially debuted with the full group on August 19, 2026.
5. Baby
Baby was born on February 10, 2009, in Taiwan. She is one of OURBIRTHDAY’s two Japanese-speaking? international Asian members and is specifically identified as Taiwanese.
Baby was part of the “HUNGRY (Side A)” unit with Hyejin and Achiraya. She officially debuted with OURBIRTHDAY on August 19, 2026.
One notable career fact is that Baby is described by current profile sources as the second Taiwanese artist to debut under JYP, following Tzuyu of TWICE. This places her within an important international lineage in JYP’s idol history.
Her dance skills also contribute to OURBIRTHDAY’s performance-focused identity.
6. Achiraya
Achiraya was born on August 18, 2009, and is the Thai member of OURBIRTHDAY.
She was introduced through “HUNGRY (Side A)” alongside Hyejin and Baby. Before her debut, Achiraya trained within the entertainment industry and developed experience that helped prepare her for the demanding performance schedule of a K-pop group.
Her nationality also makes her part of JYP’s broader history of Thai artists. Current profile information describes her as the third Thai artist to debut under JYP after Nichkhun of 2PM and BamBam of GOT7.
Achiraya officially debuted with OURBIRTHDAY on August 19, 2026.
7. Kilala
Kilala, born December 17, 2010, is the youngest member, or maknae, of OURBIRTHDAY.
She is Japanese and was part of the “HUNGRY (Side B)” unit with Chorok, Hyewon, and U. She officially debuted with the complete group on August 19.
As the youngest member, Kilala represents the younger generation within OURBIRTHDAY’s multinational lineup. Her inclusion also demonstrates how the group combines members born across different years while maintaining a seven-member performance structure.
When Did OURBIRTHDAY Debut?
OURBIRTHDAY officially debuted on August 19, 2026.
The group had already begun its pre-debut campaign in July. On July 22, the first digital single, “HUNGRY (Side A)”, was released featuring Cho Hyejin, Baby, and Achiraya.
The second unit followed on July 29 with “HUNGRY (Side B)”, featuring Kuk Chorok, Shin Hyewon, U, and Kilala. INNIT explained that the two-part approach was designed to reveal the members’ individual personalities and talents step by step.
This made the pre-debut period an important part of the group’s identity rather than simply promotional material.

OURBIRTHDAY Debut Album and Songs
OURBIRTHDAY’s first official single is titled Our Birthday.
The release contains four tracks:
- “SQUEEZY”
- “Our Birthday”
- “HUNGRY (Side A)”
- “HUNGRY (Side B)”
“SQUEEZY” serves as the title track. According to INNIT Entertainment, the song is a funk-based dance track built around an addictive melody and a concept about releasing complicated emotions and stress.
Including both versions of “HUNGRY” on the debut release also creates a direct connection between the group’s pre-debut campaign and official debut.
What Does OURBIRTHDAY Mean?
The name OURBIRTHDAY is connected to the group’s central idea that everyday moments can feel as exciting and special as a birthday.
INNIT describes the group as bringing together seven distinct personalities and turning ordinary moments into something more celebratory and thrilling.
This concept is reflected in the group’s bright visual identity, playful performance style, and debut music.
What Is WHIP-HOP?
One of the most distinctive facts about OURBIRTHDAY is its self-described genre, WHIP-HOP.
The term combines the idea of whipped cream with hip-hop performance. INNIT describes it as a mixture of free-spirited energy, hip-hop performance, and the different personalities of the seven members.
This gives OURBIRTHDAY a recognizable concept that separates the group from a generic rookie girl-group description. Their debut single Our Birthday was specifically designed to introduce this musical identity.

OURBIRTHDAY Net Worth and Income Sources
There is no verified public net-worth figure for OURBIRTHDAY or its individual members in 2026.
This is an important distinction for anyone researching celebrity finances. A newly debuted K-pop group does not automatically have a publicly measurable personal fortune simply because its music is commercially available.
Potential income sources for OURBIRTHDAY can include:
- music streaming
- digital music sales
- physical album sales
- music-show appearances
- live performances
- fan meetings
- merchandise
- advertising
- brand endorsements
- YouTube and social-media content
- licensing
- songwriting or performance royalties where applicable
- future concerts and tours
However, gross group revenue is not the same as personal income. Entertainment agencies may have expenses related to production, promotion, management, training, distribution, travel and other business operations.
For this reason, websites claiming a precise OURBIRTHDAY members net worth figure should be treated cautiously unless they provide reliable financial documentation.
Major Achievements
Although OURBIRTHDAY is still a new group, several early achievements stand out.
First, the group completed a seven-member lineup through an unusually structured pre-debut campaign.
Second, the members entered the industry with substantial pre-debut experience. Hyejin and U participated in The DDANDDARA, U appeared on Universe Ticket, and Hyejin competed on Street Dance Girls Fighter 2.
Third, the group has an unusually international composition for a rookie act, bringing together Korean, Japanese, Taiwanese, and Thai members.
Finally, the group debuted with a clearly defined musical identity rather than relying solely on the broader “K-pop girl group” label.

Personal Life and Lifestyle
Most OURBIRTHDAY members are young performers whose public identities are currently centered on their careers.
Information about private relationships, personal finances, family assets, properties, and investments is limited. Fans may encounter claims on social media, but those claims should not automatically be treated as verified facts.
The same principle applies to lifestyle reports. Public appearances, fashion, dorm content, interviews, and official social-media posts can reveal aspects of an idol’s public image, but they do not establish personal wealth.
